今月 体調わ完全になおす為にずっとお店を
お休みさせて頂いている私にとつては
久しぶりのステージになルデイナーシヨーの為に徳島へ
大阪からは飛行機の便が無く バスにての移動
4時の便でしたが 満席でした
雨のため
高速道路では霧も出ていて 運転士さんもも一苦労の様子
鳴門大橋を渡って淡路島に入り 2時間半の道のりでしたが
結構退屈な思いもしなくて 過ごせました゜
このところ日長いので 着いてからは晴れの方向に向かっていたので
夕空が綺麗でした
何よりホテルの前がヨットハーバーになっていて
ちょっと リゾと気分にも慣れましたよ
オファー先の方と食事会をした後は ホテルに戻って
ウオーキングよ
歩くのはどこでも歩けますからね
お休み前に 酸素カプセルで新鮮な空気をすって
肌のお手入れして
早めに休む事にしましたよ
