起きたら 顔が赤くぽかぽかしているので
体温計
いつもよりも高め
6時に用事が有ったので早めに出て
今夜も喉にルコールという消毒液を塗ってもらいついでに肩に注射
用事を済ませてもまだ顔にほてりが有ったので
お店に顔出しして
明日は時間外も有るので
今夜も大事を戸る事に
食事とご挨拶に玉でイタリアレストランカンホーラさんへ
食事済ませまっすぐ家へ
そのまま2時感ほど横になり
しシャワーでお風呂を蒸気でむらし
しっかりお風呂に
冷やさないようしっかり保温
春カイロなども薬局等で少しズ使っていますが
ネット通販が凄く安いので
必要消耗品は沢山まとめ買いする事にしました
ちょつとかしこくなったわぁ
どんな声でも明日は唄う為に
薬を飲んで
明日に備えます
