この時期毎年恒例の24時間テレビ
ついつい見てしまう自分がいて
最高齢マラソンランナーの徳光サンに心からの拍手を送りながら
横になったり起きたり
雨でずいぶん温度がさがっていて
すごしやすくなり 寝苦しさも感じなくなりました
夜は稲垣君といショゥの最終打ち合わせ
大道具等の点検で辻君とやり取り
ニューハーフのメンバーは
仕事終わりて゜
帰宅すいみんしてあしたあさ 11時すぎに進化せん移動になりますので
とても大変ですが
私めは体調調整してあしたに備えられるので
恵まれています
もちろん違う意味でのプケッシャーや責任は伴いますが
しっかり手入れ リンパマッサージなどしてあしたに備えます
