血流改善にもとてもいい感じです
大好物のふるさとのよもぎ団子
田代会の皆様が届けて下さいました
これからの季節よもぎの葉っぱがすくすく育ちますが
あまり成長していない 若葉のみを集めて作るんですよ
中にアンコのはいっかりんとう頂戴しました
珍しいですよね
構成と振り付けで頭わつかって ココアと一緒に頂きます
先日のかなり激しい振り付けで筋肉を使ったんですね
2日たった本日筋肉通 あ~~悲しい
今夜は復習とエンディングのシーンです
アンナさんが担当してくれました
ベテランさんはテキパキしています
残り1週間にせまりましたが
アイデアがまた次々湧いてきて 少し嬉しい兆候
まぁ全部実現するにはかなり難関が有りますが
何もアイデアが浮かば無いときも有りますから
よしと思わねば
