体温を上げるために半身浴をしてその後軽いストレッチをしております
つい先日前までは
あせを拭くのに何枚も寝る前までに着替えておりましたが
この何日かとても過ごしやすい気候なので
あまり汗が出えず
そのままテレビを見てしまいました
布団から出て朝一の体温を測ったら37度4分まで
温活動しているとは言えこれはちょっと微熱です
ちょっとした気の緩み
だめですね
温活動の後は必ず汗を拭いて新しいものに着替えて寝なくては
クリニックもお開きの時間でしたのでそのまま横に
頭は少し痛いものの喉の痛みがなく幸いです
季節の変わり目体調をしっかり管理しないといけません
