さすがにしっすり眠れました
鍼の先生からもカイロの先生からも
枕と寝姿の始動をうけていますので
できるだけ仰向きで眠れるように努めてはいますが
木がついたら
やはり横向きしかも左肩下の状態です
起きたら沢山のメールや着信
あめてて返信や電話など
本日も風邪の為のお休み連絡あり
皆も不調の中頑張っています
私も年末前はかなり良くなっていての不調ですから
今回は慎重にしっかり 確実に治療していきます
明日はまたカイロプラティックの治療
寝姿を木にしながらも 布団に入って休みます
