ほとんど寝ずじまいの休み

最低月1度は必要になっています
からだ全体はもちろんですが
とても気持ちのいいのが
顔のストレッチング
いつも同じ表情筋しか使わないと
顔筋肉も衰えてしまったり
肩や腰と同じで 筋肉が固まってしまうんですって
医学の力を借りている私には
ずいぶんきつい??? ストレッチングになりますが
終わった後の 快感はすごい物があります
3月も終わりですね
後2日で ベテイー桜の蕾みの正体を八秒いたしま~~~~~~~すよ
エイプリールフールの日ですけど
そんなの関係ないってそんなフレーズ有りましたよね
今夜は眠れそうです
