昨日整体しました
いつもそうなのですが
整体した夜は凄く良くねむれます
布団にはいつて半日くらい 寝たり起きたり
相当疲れ気味
友達は南港に海を見に行ってくるとのメール
こちらは ぐったりの休みになりました
本日は22年2月22日 ぞろ目ですね
各地で語呂合わせでいろんなイベントがあった様子です
私は何もしない休みになりました
