完全に昼よる逆転あっ皆さんに取っては普通の時間に逆戻り
テンションの高い日が続くと
こんな状態に入り込んでしまいます
といっても別に落ち込んでいる訳ではないんですよ
あまりにも体がだるく
夕方に一眠りと思い横になったら
もう起き上がれないくらいだるさ
夏バテの始まりでしょぅか?????
きちんとした事故管理が必要になります
まだ梅雨も明けていないのにね
